Our Packages are sent with DHL (European Union) & PostNL (rest of the world) or if you want DHL Express (anywhere). European orders are picked up every day around 12:00, so normally we send your tracking info the day after payment, small World packages are normally sent once a week on Friday the big packages are also sent the next day of payment. It can happen that a product isn't available. In that case, we will notify you in time and pay you back in-full or offer a solution to exchange
