Shipping & returns
Our Packages are sent with DHL (European Union) & PostNL (rest of the world). European orders are picked up every day before 12:00, so normally we send your tracking info the day after payment, small World packages are send once a week on friday the big packages are also send the next day of payment. It can happen that a product isn't available. In that case, we will notify you in time and pay you back in-full or offer a solution to exchange
Minyfresh will ship every country in the world, we use PostNL and their internation partners as parcelservice for international orders. DHL is used for orders within the European Union. We handle different prices for each country for detailed information check out FAQ page >> shipping prices

Returns and defects
Despite the great care that we devote to your order, it can happen that an article has a failure or you can receive the wrong product. In these cases you should contact Mintyfresh within 7 days, by using the online ticket system.
