General terms
By placing an order you indicate to accept our Terms and Conditions. Mintyfresh reserves the right to change its General Terms temporarily, please read carefully before confirming your order, as it's final after this! 

Cancellation of your Non-refundable Down payment order
As of 2022, we offer also pre-order reservations via a 25% non-refundable downpayment. As it already says it's NON-REFUNDABLE... so we will not be able to refund your credit card or PayPal or Bank account. The item you ordered has been reserved for you and you're expected to pay the remaining 75% on arrival. But as we're not complete assholes we can also offer you store credit to use for another item of your choosing... but there is no refund option... ever... you agreed with our terms & conditions when checking out and we're holding you to it.

Cancellation of your Full Paid Pre-order
Waiting for items (especially during the Covid Pandemic) has been a real test for a lot of people. We rely on these reservations & pre-orders for our business to grow and keep growing and we add stock based on your pre-order. You wanted it when you ordered and you still probably want it now, right?

The constant unexpected delays from Asia have been hard but canceling has consequences for us both. Maybe you received the item as a gift during the waiting period? Or you're no longer interested in the design (or some retailer is offering at a lower price after all this time). We understand and in some cases, the waiting can be very long, so we will not make a problem to cancel the pre-order, however, this item was ordered and reserved for you and we will still receive it and we need to pay the bills. Therefore like with the down payment, we only offer a refund in the form of store credit to be used at you own convenience.

Delivery
Mintyfresh aims at sending orders within 24 hours during weekdays after receipt of the payment sent, however, Mintyfresh cannot be committed. We send by PostNL, GLS, Fedex, or DHL Express, this depends on your choice or in the case of the express service which service is available in your region.

In times of Covid there can be many unwanted delays but rest assured we always want to get you your package a.s.a.p. Therefore leave your phone number with your order as well to solve customs or delivery disputes a.s.a.p. 

If you live in a nice and quiet neighborhood and are not home all day you can choose for dropoff permission to leave the package at a spot on your property (don't do this if you live on an open road for instance). Do keep in mind that the liability lies with you and damages as a result of weather or in case it's stolen lies with the receiving party. We cannot arrange a refund or replacement as a result of dropoff permission. We always advise you to deliver it to a neighbor or a parcel shop so you can pick it up at your convenience.

Pre-orders are an exception as the products are yet to be received. In case you order them together with in-stock items we will hold back your complete order until the pre-order items have arrived. If you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner, you can pay an additional shipping fee. For full-paid pre-orders, we ship them out once they become available. Please keep in mind it can take a while for them to arrive so in case your address changes in the future or you go on a (long) holiday !!INFORM US!! or ask us to contact you before sending. Returns as a result of not informing us beforehand force us unfortunately to charge a new shipping fee. 

Keep also in mind that once the package leaves our warehouse the responsibility lies with you now! Important is to keep an eye on the tracking, it can happen your package was delivered at a pickup point because you were not around to receive it. Normally a delivery guy leaves a note... but they forget sometimes or it's eaten by your dog, or thrown away... we have heard it all! The package will stay there for approximately 8 days so don't forget to pick it up otherwise it be sent back to us. We can resend the package on arrival back at our warehouse but we will charge the shipping costs again!

Prices
The articles have to be paid in euros, including local VAT. Shipping costs (unless mentioned otherwise) are not included in these prices. Before contracting the agreement, the total price including shipping will be reported on our website. International orders from outside the European Union are exempt from paying VAT, this is automatically removed during the checkout.

Shipping
For the packaging and shipping, a contribution is included. All prices are subject to the site of printing and printing errors. We cannot accept any responsibility for the effects of printing and printing errors. Prices are variable due to the area you live in.

Return costs are not covered by us and are sent at their own risk, initial shipping costs will also not be refunded either. We have a pick-up service (within Europe) that can be used to pick up your goods, these costs can be extracted from the refund total.

Payment
Payment of your order can be done in one of the following ways: 

iDEAL
You can do the payment at your own home and you will be automatically relayed to your own Internet page of your own bank. Then you can transfer directly the amount of the order. This method can only be used when you have a Dutch bank account;

PayPal
After your order, you will be automatically relayed to the PayPal page where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card. Because of the high costs of PayPal, we are forced to charge costs of 3.5% of the total amount. These transaction costs are not refunded with a cancellation.

Creditcards
we accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American express. Creditcard payments are not charged with any fee.

Payment in advance on the bank account
If you choose to pay in advance via your bank account you will get an e-mail with the correct data of the bank. Remember to note the order number for payment. When we have received the payment, we will send the order and confirm by e-mail that the order is sent.

Term of approval 
Unless indicated otherwise, after receiving the order during a period of 14 days you have the right to cancel the purchase by sending an email without giving any reasons and to return the order within the same deadline. Any payments (excluding administration and postage) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to reimbursement if the product is used and/or damaged or if the order has been opened and/or not returned in the original packaging. After the expiration of the term of approval of 14 days the purchase real. 

Ownership transfer
The ownership of products transfers only if the customer has paid in full. 

Responsibility whilst shipping
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods during shipment. You can insure against this risk by paying a surcharge. In that case, please notify it of your order. If an unexpected problem will arise, we will be pleased to hear about it so we can lodge a complaint with the parcel service and solve it accordingly.

Data
When you order an item at Mintyfresh, your information will be included in the customer database of Mintyfresh. Mintyfresh adheres to the Law Personal Register and will not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy. Mintyfresh respects the privacy of users of the Internet site and will ensure the confidentiality of your personal data. Mintyfresh uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to protect yourself from this list. When you order an item at Mintyfresh, you are automatically signed up for this mailing list. 

Guarantee
Mintyfresh ensures that its products meet the requirements of usability, reliability, and longevity as reasonably designed by parties to the sale and is thus responsible for the guarantee of the product delivered to you. 

Agreement
Mintyfresh reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any reasons or not to accept contracts.

Images and specifications
All graphics, photographs, drawings, information on weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. at the site of Mintyfresh apply only approximately, are indicative and may not lead to damages or dissolution of the contract. It is not allowed to copy images and/or text from the site of Mintyfresh without our consent. 

Returns and exchange of articles
We want to inform you as good as possible through our website about the items. If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be changed or returned. Please send us an email to [email protected] or fill in a ticket (using your account) indicating the number of your order and the products you want to change/return. 

Returns and/or changes (further: the returns) are subject to certain conditions. The items should be reported by our return ticket system in your account within 48 hours after receipt at the delivery address. The items should still be in the original state of shipping, with the attached labels and in original packaging when they are to be returned. Items you have purchased on sale with a discount of 40% or more may only be canceled under "Term of approval" and can NOT be exchanged. 

The items, which have been reported for return, should immediately, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the order on the delivery address be returned to us. Mintyfresh only accepts returns which have been reported as described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Returns that have not been reported, or not within the prescribed period are not accepted. 

After reporting and after receipt of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by email. In case of payment in advance, the amount will be credited through a voucher. This voucher is always valid and can be used at the following order. 

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased at Mintyfresh, please contact us by making a ticket in your account or by email: [email protected]. The costs for returning an article with a complaint will be first on behalf of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is well-founded. 

Force majeure
Mintyfresh has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend or to resolve a customer's order or contract without judicial intervention, notifying the client by letter. Mintyfresh does not accept any responsibility for any damages unless it appears unacceptable under the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness. 

Applicable law and jurisdiction
To all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts, and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these conditions, only Dutch law can be applied.
